Academy

Arbor Academy is unlike any other school.  We pride ourselves in providing a truly individualized education for each and every student. Arbor Academy is a private school recognized by the Delaware Department of Education.  100% of our staff are certified teachers. Our school week is Monday through Thursday, with the option for after-care on those days as well as Fridays. We also offer day camps throughout the summer as well as public school inservice days and most school holiday breaks. We work with families to accommodate their schedules by providing a very flexible drop-off window for school. In addition, lunch is included with student tuition, as well as most supplies needed for school. There are no hidden technology or textbook fees. According to studies published by the National Center for Biotechnology Information and National Library of Medicine, "In general, students in schools that required school uniforms did not demonstrate better social skills, internalizing and externalizing behavior, or school attnedance as compared with students in schools without school uniforms."
